We were asked to inspect a sewer on a 1930’s duplexes sewer line for a potential purchase of the property. We have done a fair amount of work for these Agents at J & J realty, very easy to work with. The line was a bit difficult to get into….pretty hefty roof pitch and not much grip left on the shingles! But the line looked pretty good under the home!but there are a few issues that will need attention. Considering buying a property? Don’t discount the importance of knowing what is going on inside those drains…….it’ll cost you big time

Look what we caught today! A whooper of a hair clog! I’d like to wag a finger at the ladies…….but this one has a different culprit! A gentleman still
rocking the long hair……and it shows! But we cleared a couple drains and got him back in business……nothing worse than standing in a funky puddle of grey water! Soapy mucky and yucky! Are you standing in said puddle? Why? Call today!

Ended up in East LA for extended family, they had the mainline backup and there was some confusion about past repairs by another contractor. The line was supposedly had a liner installed, which limited our cleaning options. We camera inspected the line and noted a very lousy stay lining was done. We looked around and there was a clean out the customer had forgotten about. Luckily this is what we needed to solve the problem. We then used the trusty chain snake to clear the blockage. Tested ok problem solved.

Customer called slightly frantic about the mens office toilet was shooting water out a pipe. Never good! We showed up to find the closet spud partially pushed out of its position. Hence the geyser when flushed. We swapped it out and got er back in business

AMC Theatre urinal day! We checked them out and popped the clean outs and filled them up…….then out comes the chain snake!!! This this is awesome! We ran thru the sanitary tees and you can feel the snake breaking up the scale that accumulates in the fittings. It’s really cool urinal scale is tough to clear reasonably, a standard snake cable just pokes a hole! The chain cleans wall to wall! Fun tool to use

Backflow testing time for a new owner of a long time property we service. As usual for this property repairs are needed. We pulled apart this Double Check valve and the springs/checks were stuck in the cap. Gotta love hard scaley
water. We cleaned them up and new rubber
good to go!

This particular repairs, was quoted back in…….Nov/Dec. complete feet dragging by the tenant, to the point of legal action by the city? But anyways we replaced a stolen bypass device and meter, we installed lock out security features. Came out nice! We also rebuilt another 2” device that failed pretty bad, but all squared away

Chino Hills Noritz Tankless water heater annual service, for an old customer! We installed this heater back in 2009……and have serviced yearly since day 1. This is one of the keys to maximizing the lifespan of a pricey investment! There a couple

Today took care of a customer that has a business and his residence. We finally were able to pull the toilet in the handicap stall. The closet ring was not secured, and the toilet was skewed! Pulled and he was lucky! We were able to drill in some concrete screws to secure the ring! The rest was uneventful! The urinal, didn’t cooperate! So we swapped out and got er dialed in! All in a day

a repeat customer tasked us with keeping his dental office in working order. The toilets were acting up, and required some repairs. We rebuilt one and replaced a beat up flapper on the other. Problem solved! Crisis averted!
